Katherine Jean Bolduan (also known professionally as Kate Bolduan) is an American broadcast reporter. Bolduan is most famously known as the anchor of the CNN morning show At This Hour. Earlier she co-anchored the CNN Monday morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan has contributed to CNN's coverage on both the 2016 and 2012 presidential elections. In Washington DC, she has reported on both the US House as well as the Senate. Bolduan was the Capitol Hill Unit member when she was a reporter for the congressional calendar which included events like discussion of raising the limit of federal credit or the deliberations of the super committee. The work she has done for her general assignments included reports about Christmas Day, the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the government's stimulus plan in 2009. She began working for CNN Newsource in 2007. As a CNN Newsource correspondent, she was a reporter for breaking news as well as produced feature stories to over 800 CNN Newsource members. Prior to that, she was with NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She lives currently in New York City along with her husband, two kids and parents.
