Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of was a teenager. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. One year later at 17, she won her pro card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now among the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from the point where she had left competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. Following her first appearance, she continued competing for many years and set new goals every year. In 2009, she had achieved four more fitness championships. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) when she won at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She finished in third place. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking her place 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single-arm lat pull-downs, on a machine pull-ups, and sitting rows. Warming up is usually done before an actual training. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way possible. One way to achieve this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are done.
